Imagine a world where every teenager could cook incredibly delicious, nourishing meals for themselves and their families!
What a wonderful gift that would be to them, to their families and to the world.
After teaching hundreds of young people in my Spring and Summer camps the most common request I get from parents is for more classes and a way to keep the momentum up across the year.
And so...I invite teens to a culinary experience with me as a founding member. Over the nine months we will further develop their skills and love for food (AND help share parents' load of preparing delicious meals at home).
Fast Track Culinary School: Teen Chefs (Jan 26, 2025, 2 - 4pm EST)

Host Your First Dinner Party (April 6, 2025, 2 - 4pm EST)
Gather your friends or family and cap off the weekend with a make-ahead dinner party! We are going to prep the whole dinner together, then you just have to heat everything up when your guests arrive. Prep with me, then entertain your friends and family like a culinary hero (double fun)!
Cake Party (May 4th, 2025, 2- 4 pm EST)
In your life, there will be hundreds of reasons to make a celebration cake. From birthdays to bad days, graduations to snow days, every day is a good day for cake. We're going to make a cake, level it, crumb coat it and frost it with homemade buttercream. Celebrate an incredible year of cooking together with cake!

All workshops are live classes (with replays available) where your teen will cook with me (on zoom). The order of the workshops is designed to build skills, have fun and offer the most help to busy families on the go! These are suitable for any 11+ year old who has graduated from one of my Camps (or who already feels comfortable and kinda confident in the kitchen) or for anyone 14+.
