How the Program Works

Schedule: Live classes (with replay) on Sundays at 11am ET - Jan 30th - Feb 13th. Daily emails and short assignments. Full meal plan (with recipes and shopping list) for Week I.


Course work: Each week starts with a live class with Claire (or watch the replay). Then, on each day you'll gain another Mealtime Master tool. Simply watch short recorded lessons in your own time and complete your assignments guided by daily emails. See below for the complete schedule. 


Level: All levels are welcome: Total novice, cooking pro or anything in between.
