A five-day mini-course designed to give young people skills and comfort in the kitchen and teach them how to prepare delicious, healthy, balanced meals for themselves.
In just 90 mins each day we will make delicious recipes, learn about nutrition, kitchen and food safety and planning, all while making tomorrow's lunch. (There will even be extras for parents or siblings!)
Perfect for 11+ year olds who already feel comfortable in the kitchen or 14+ year olds with no cooking experience.
These recipes and lessons will provide the foundation for a lifetime of happy, healthy cooking and eating. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the menu and how to apply as my co-host.
NOTE! Parental involvement is not expected (except for getting groceries).
